At Volleyball World, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the court; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all knee pads, shoes, or apparel still have their original tags attached.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
