How do I choose the right size volleyball shoes?

We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our specific brand size charts. Volleyball shoes should have a snug fit with about a thumb's width of space at the toe to prevent sliding during lateral movements.

Do you offer team discounts for bulk jersey orders?

Yes, we offer tiered pricing for school and club teams ordering 12 or more uniforms. Please contact our team sales department for a customized quote and mock-up.

How long does shipping take for indoor and beach equipment?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Larger items like professional net systems or referee stands are shipped via freight and may take 7-10 business days.

What is your return policy on used volleyballs?

For hygiene and quality reasons, we only accept returns on volleyballs that are in their original, uninflated packaging. If a ball has a manufacturing defect like a leaking valve, it is covered under our 30-day warranty.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to your court.

Are your knee pads sold in pairs or individually?

All knee pads and elbow sleeves at Volleyball World are sold as a pair (two sleeves per package) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
